Meaning of No Passing Zone Sign
No passing zone sign is pennant-shaped and marks the beginning of a no passing zone. This sign is posted on the left side of the road, facing the driver to indicate that drivers may not pass cars ahead of them in their lane. If you are passing another vehicle and see the sign up ahead on the road, you must complete passing before entering the no passing zone.
